Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date.
Currently, shipping rates are higher than normal due to increases in shipping charges by all carriers. We are working to find alternate options for shipping in hopes of reducing these costs. As always, free shipping exists for all orders over $175.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays. Due to COVID-19, orders also may be delayed in the shipping process, but we will try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible!
We currently ship to anywhere in Canada and the US.
All orders ship from Saskatchewan, Canada.
Once your order is received, we will process and ship within 3-5 days. Larger items may take longer to receive.
We ship most orders via Canada Post or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or Canadian holidays as business days.
Returns and exchanges
First off, our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with ever order you place. We want you to be happy and will try our best to ensure you are.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery.
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks, no problem. Please contact us with your order number and we can initiate the return process. Once we receive your returned product, we will then issue you a refund for your order, less the shipping charge.
In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. In the rare event that product’s availability does not match what is on the website, we will contact you directly.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to provincial and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
